Behind every cylinder is a design process built entirely in-house. Our engineers calculate bore, rod, stroke, and pressure ratings from scratch using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor — so even a damaged cylinder with no drawing can be reverse-engineered and rebuilt from zero.
That capability translates into a wide manufacturing range: hydraulic cylinders up to Ø500mm bore, pneumatic cylinders, and power packs up to 100 HP, engineered for mill-duty, furnace, and continuous-casting applications.
Refurbishment runs on a disciplined 6-step process — condition audit, full strip-down, precision machining (re-chroming, re-honing), seal replacement with global brands like Freudenberg and Parker, pressure testing up to 1.5× working pressure, and complete documentation before dispatch.It's this combination — in-house design depth and process discipline — that lets us handle jobs others simply pass along.
